The late Colonel Champion of the 95th Regiment published Flora Hong Kongensis in the London Journal of Botany, and I believe Sir William Hooker is now engaged on a more important and extensive collection.
Under these circumstances, I have availed myself of such opportunities as were within my reach and have now the honor to send seven different Sheets containing information collected in various quarters by the Surveyor General, and embracing, I think, the several points to which reference is made in the Circular.
